Clear Choice Painters
About Clear Choice Painters
Preparation is central to Clear Choice Painters’ approach to residential and commercial work. The company describes washing exterior surfaces, removing loose paint, caulking gaps, repairing damaged wood and spot-priming exposed areas before applying finish coats. For interiors, it describes filling cracks and nail holes, protecting unpainted surfaces and cleaning up its equipment each day.
Led by Hector Montalvo, Clear Choice Painters is a locally owned and operated Colorado company whose work includes interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, deck staining and commercial painting. The company states that it performs its own labor and offers consultations for both small projects and larger buildings. Its website also identifies the firm as EPA RRP Lead-Safe Certified and explains its approach to homes built before 1978.
The company serves Denver, Aurora, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Parker, Cherry Hills, Castle Pines, Castle Rock, Golden, Boulder and Evergreen. Free consultations are available by phone or through the company’s contact form. Customers who need color assistance can request a consultation after signing a painting service contract, as described in its interior-painting information.
