Square Root Media, Inc – DBA, Chooz Painters may send SMS (text) messages to users who have explicitly opted in through our consent checkboxes. By opting in, you agree to receive the applicable category of SMS messages under the terms described in this section.

- Account & Notifications (Transactional): Account alerts, listing status updates, reminders, and other non-promotional messages related to your use of our services.
How SMS Consent Is Collected
SMS consent is collected separately and explicitly through opt-in checkboxes on our forms. Consent is never implied, assumed, or inferred from the mere provision of a phone number.
- Entering your phone number on any Chooz Painters form does not, by itself, grant us permission to send SMS messages.
- Transactional SMS consent are collected through separate, independent checkboxes.
- Both consent checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default. Neither is required to submit a form or access our services.
Sharing of SMS Consent Data
Your SMS opt-in data, phone number, and consent information will never be sold, rented, leased, or shared with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS consent and related data are shared only with third-party SMS platform and telecommunications providers that are strictly necessary to deliver messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than message delivery.
* No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of consent granted and your activity with our services.
