  • Entering your phone number on any Chooz Painters form does not, by itself, grant us permission to send SMS messages.

  • Both consent checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default. Neither is required to submit a form or access our services.

Sharing of SMS Consent Data

Your SMS opt-in data, phone number, and consent information will never be sold, rented, leased, or shared with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent and related data are shared only with third-party SMS platform and telecommunications providers that are strictly necessary to deliver messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than message delivery.
