Pro Custom Painters
About Pro Custom Painters
Pro Custom Painters begins a project with a home visit to discuss the work, take measurements and assess surface preparation, coating choices and materials. Its estimate process describes a 10–15% down payment to reserve the schedule. If unforeseen work affects timing or cost, the company says it discusses the change and records additional charges in writing.
The Cañon City business paints residential interiors and exteriors and specializes in staining and chinking log homes and cabins. Its gallery shows projects involving house preparation, exterior painting and log-home work. In a customer account, Michelle describes multiple stain coats on sun-dried wood, preparation around fixtures and chinking cracks.
Founder Christopher Simmons introduced the business in 2023 after more than two decades of painting and staining work. The company says he supervises its painting team on site. Its FAQ describes liability insurance and generally a one-year performance warranty included in estimates, with coverage dependent on the job and written terms.
