Rollin Pros Painting LLC
About Rollin Pros Painting LLC
Rollin Pros Painting LLC publishes two paint warranty options, three years for mid-grade paint and seven years for top-grade paint. Its Denver business offers interior and exterior home painting, with color consultation available while planning a project. BBB lists Emmanuel Sanchez Sr. as owner and records a business start in 2014.
The company puts preparation at the center of its exterior process. Its website describes caulking, priming and using filler to restore damaged wood, then protecting windows, fixtures, cables and roofing before spraying two coats over the siding. Decks, fences and pergolas also appear in its painting and staining services.
One homeowner describes an exterior repaint on a large two-story house with a walk-out basement on a steep hill, plus a deck with many spindles and railings. The account praises Manny’s daily summaries of completed work and cleanup. It gives prospective customers a concrete example of a project to discuss when planning their own work.
The company advertises free estimates and gives 303-601-0249 as its contact number. Homeowners can also use the estimate form on its website. Published location information places the business at 1880 Arapahoe Street in Denver, confirm the property, surfaces and work included when discussing an estimate.
