Welchez Painting
About Welchez Painting
Wood restoration, fascia and soffit repairs sit alongside house painting in Welchez Painting’s service list. The Arvada company also offers power washing and minor drywall repair alongside interior and exterior painting. Its website describes an in-person estimate to review the property, preparation and repairs, rather than pricing the job from square footage alone.
Inside the home, its work includes walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets and built-ins. Exterior options cover stucco, wood, vinyl, brick, cedar shingles and garage doors. Homeowners can discuss a single room or a wider refresh, with the connected details considered together during the estimate.
Customer accounts give examples of how that work has unfolded. One homeowner described the walls, trim, baseboards and doors on an entire main level, along with advice on colors and project options. Another described sample colors being rolled on the walls before a project that had to fit around construction, with daily cleanup and a return visit when the remaining rooms were ready.
Welchez lists Denver, Arvada and Westminster among its service areas, with coverage extending from Boulder to Castle Rock. Requests can start through its online estimate form, by calling or texting 720-525-9302, or by emailing Fernando at fernando@welchezpainting.com.
