About OCD Painting & Staining, LLC
OCD Painting & Staining works on homes and other properties in the Pagosa Springs area. Its customer projects include sanding and staining front and back decks, refinishing pink-washed wood on interior windows and beams, and repairing and staining a cabin. The team is led by Brady, who also responds to customers about their projects.
One project involved painting both the interior and exterior of the Seeds of Learning preschool building. The customer described old paint being removed and disposed of, leftover paint being labeled for later touch-ups, and the crew working on a holiday to recover time after weather delays. Another customer reported having several exterior doors painted.
The company offers free estimates and says no job is too small. Its own Google business description states that it is fully insured and serves Pagosa Springs and surrounding communities. Painting and wood staining are the focus of its published description and customer accounts.
