About Phoenix Fine Finishes

Phoenix Fine Finishes concentrates on kitchen cabinetry and other woodwork. Its residential services include refinishing vanities, bookcases and built-in cabinetry, while its commercial work covers wood fixtures and cabinetry in business spaces. The company operates a finishing workshop on Linden Avenue in Dayton. One customer describes careful preparation and covering the kitchen before the finishing work began.[1][2][3]

For homebuilders, items can be delivered to the workshop or collected by arrangement. The company describes using waterborne lacquers for kitchen and bath work, along with water-based, oil-based and spray stains and finishes ranging from pigmented to clear. Owner Fred Warren says customers deal directly with him or the company’s employees and that it does not use subcontractors.[2][4]

Phoenix lists Dayton and surrounding communities including Beavercreek, Centerville, Kettering, Oakwood, Springboro and Xenia. It provides a telephone, email and project inquiry form for discussing the woodwork and finish required.[1]
