Burkett Painting
About Burkett Painting
Burkett Painting handles painting and related home improvements across the Dayton and Cincinnati areas. Interior and exterior painting sit alongside cabinet refinishing, deck repair and staining, drywall work, flooring installation and finish carpentry. The family-owned company says it has served the area since 2014.
Its painting service includes preparation, protection and cleanup. The company lists professional color matching and paints from Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore, and says a free walkthrough is used to discuss the work and prepare an estimate. The timeline depends on the size and scope of the project.
Customer accounts describe an interior repaint covering multiple rooms and an office accent wall, a garage insulation and drywall project, and deck repairs and staining. One customer says the team remained willing to address small issues noticed months after the painting.
Burkett states that it is fully insured and provides a 12-month workmanship warranty. Its written coverage addresses certain cracking, peeling, bubbling and adhesion problems caused by workmanship or preparation, with exclusions for issues such as leaks, storms, handling and moisture or heat damage. Coverage details are discussed before work begins.
