14 Best Painters Near New Lenox, IL Ranked by Chooz Score

People don't hire Jung once and move on. They come back. Read down the reviews and you'll spot the same customers on their second, third, even their tenth project, calling the crew back every couple of years for touch-ups or the next room. That kind of return rate is what the Chooz Score's customer retention indicators reward, and Jung sits comfortably in the top band for it.

The names behind those return visits matter. Owner Bob Jung tends to meet homeowners himself, and repeat clients ask for the same leads by name, Beto and Jose on the crews, Todd managing the project, Kaitlyn helping with color. Joel Weinberger has leaned on the company for years, from full house repaints to the small touch-ups most painters never circle back for.

Perfect or near-perfect ratings on every platform where the company appears are uncommon, since most companies show at least one weaker profile.

When we ran our analysis, TL Painting held over 70 Google reviews with a 4.9-star rating, along with 5.0 stars on Yelp and 100% recommended on Facebook. A 4.9-star average across more than 70 Google reviews carries nearly all of that volume, with the Yelp and Facebook pages too small to weigh heavily either way.

TL Painting is a family-owned business that has operated in the Joliet and Shorewood area since 2015, led by owner Tyler Libersher and a skilled in-house crew that handles cabinet refinishing in its own shop. It is a registered Illinois business entity, No. 09393102, and serves the communities within about a 45-minute radius of Joliet.

What sets Rhino Shield apart from a standard paint job is the one thing customers keep circling back to. It isn’t paint. It’s a ceramic coating system carrying a 25 year transferable warranty, and for homeowner after homeowner, that warranty is the reason they signed. People call it a "one and done" fix, the last time they’ll think about their exterior for decades, and because the coverage transfers, it follows the house to the next owner.

The coating earns that promise on tough surfaces, not just clean ones. One homeowner's Dry-Vit stucco was cracking all over, with open holes and birds nesting in the gaps, and Rhino Shield sealed the house tight against the weather and the wildlife alike. Read through the reviews and you'll find the same relief again and again, homeowners glad they won't be back on a ladder for years.
