What stands out about Passion Painters is how quickly the reputation came together. The last time we ran our Chooz Score analysis, the company held a 4.9-star rating across nearly 50 Google reviews, with nearly every one of them landing at five stars. That's a hard average to hold, and it earned Passion Painters a Chooz Score of 82%. The reviews come from all over the Asheville and Western North Carolina area, and the company stays visible beyond Google too, with an active presence on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. What you won't find is padding. Read them in order and the same words keep surfacing: professional, courteous, on time, clean.

Tony Sosa, the owner, comes out to walk the property himself before a brush ever touches a wall. His name shows up in review after review, not as a distant boss but as the person running the estimate, picking colors alongside customers, and checking that everyone's happy before the crew packs up. The Chooz Score's owner engagement indicators reflect it: the owner is personally named throughout the reviews and stays hands-on from first call to final coat. On out-of-town jobs, customers describe getting daily photos and progress reports from Tony directly. One homeowner didn't love the blue she'd picked for her bedroom, so Tony bought new paint and had the room redone, no argument. Passion Painters is a locally owned, registered NC business based in Swannanoa, and it shows in how personal the service feels.
