The Google rating is high for a profile of that size, and the Yelp and Facebook profiles, though smaller, read in the same range.

What sets Avanti apart shows up before you read a word of any single review. Across the whole Google page, the rating has never slipped. At the time of our analysis, Avanti Painting had over 90 Google reviews and a perfect 5.0-star rating, with no negative reviews anywhere on the major platforms. The company earned a Chooz Score of 86.1%. Reviewers reach for the same words so often that the themes start to blur, professional, prompt, reasonable, meticulous. Avanti is also a registered North Carolina business, Entity No. 1473545, a small thing that's easy to verify and nice to have on record before you hand someone the keys to your house.

The same names keep turning up in these reviews, and they aren't first-timers. People hire Avanti, then hire them again, sometimes years apart. Wayne Garrett has used the company several times over the years. Jennifer Duch Grissom brought them back for both her home and her business. Jerry Slaughter worked with John twice across roughly a decade, the first time on the exterior and the second on the exterior and interior both, and came away certain he'd call again. Avanti sits at the top of the Chooz Score's customer retention indicators, and reading the reviews it's easy to see why. When the paint holds up and the crew is easy to deal with, people don't go shopping around next time.
