About Magical Painting LLC
An exterior repaint can include more than fresh color. Customers of Magical Painting describe house and fence painting, siding repairs, caulking and attention to difficult areas such as high walls above sloping ground. Interior accounts include kitchen cabinets and help making decisions about the work.
Based in Denver, Magical Painting works on residential and commercial properties. Its advertised services include interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, wallpaper removal, custom spraying and wood staining. Apartment owners can also ask about painting, pressure washing and maintenance work. The company describes its commercial painters as bonded and insured.
The service area reaches across the Denver region, including Arvada, Lakewood, Golden, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Parker and Aurora. The company also lists Boulder, Lafayette, Brighton and other nearby communities. Free personalized quotes give homeowners and business customers a way to discuss the surfaces, colors and work they have in mind.
Customers describe practical ways the work was organized. One exterior customer recalls nightly cleanup and invitations to look over the progress. Another describes a written estimate covering the agreed work, including repairs to soffits and siding. A repeat customer reports having the house painted twice by the same company.
