Across its review profiles, the company held over 40 Google reviews with a 5.0-star rating, along with 100% recommended on Facebook across 6 reviews. A perfect 5.0 across more than 40 reviews is uncommon, though the profile is concentrated on Google rather than spread across several platforms.
Communication is the quality reviewers return to most, described as steady updates through every stage of a job, even when customers were out of town during the work. Careful preparation and daily cleanup are the second recurring thread, with walls draped in plastic, furniture covered, and floors vacuumed before the crew left. The same team members, Carlos, Juan, and an estimator named Spencer, appear across the reviews we analyzed rather than a rotating set of workers. At least four reviewers describe repeat projects.
"Carlos and his team were wonderful communicators, always keeping me informed as the job progressed. They took extreme care in protecting my home, draping all the walls in plastic sheeting, covering my furniture, and putting paper over my wood floors." - Ann L., Google Review
Advice For Future Customers
Reviewers who describe the smoothest experience single out the project manager by name, and one detailed review urges future customers to request Debbie specifically, so if crew continuity matters to you it is worth asking whether you can request a named lead. The same review noted that daily crew arrival times were not always communicated clearly, so it is worth confirming the schedule and how you will be updated before work starts.
