About Just Paint LLC
Apartment turnovers and pre-listing refreshes are part of Just Paint LLC’s work for Columbus-area property owners. Alongside residential and commercial painting, the company offers recurring painting programs for apartment communities, property managers and condominium or HOA communities. Its named service area includes Columbus, Westerville, Dublin, Hilliard, Gahanna, Upper Arlington and other surrounding communities.
Joshua Green is identified as owner and lead painter and says he works alongside the company’s crews. The service list covers interior walls, ceilings, trim and cabinets, exterior siding and doors, deck and fence staining, wallpaper removal, drywall repair and pressure washing. The company describes dedicated interior, exterior and commercial or apartment crews.
Customers describe wallpaper-related preparation and room painting in practical terms. One homeowner reports skim coating, priming and painting after difficult wallpaper work, with the finish still holding up more than two years later. Another describes wallpaper removal, priming new drywall and painting an entire bedroom. A separate Facebook recommendation describes repainting living-room walls and baseboards.
The company offers free estimates, written quotes and a one-year workmanship warranty, with a promise to return when covered work needs correction. Property owners can call or text (614) 946-0184, email Justpaint.oh@gmail.com or use the website’s estimate form to discuss the surfaces, location and timing of a project.
