Best Painters Near Upper Arlington, OH Ranked by Chooz Score

What sets CertaPro Columbus apart is the custom finish work the team takes on. Reviewer Merilee Luka wanted distressed painting and lime wash applied to her home's brick exterior with carefully chosen colors, and the team delivered the kind of project most painting companies won't quote. Owner Kevin Rutter handles quotes and communication personally, working out of the 6800 Lauffer Road location in Columbus. The Chooz Score's review complexity indicators are at maximum because customers describe specific finishes, specific techniques, and specific named crew members. Foreman Juan leads larger interior crews, with Steve, David, Geraldo, Elliot, Joey, and Shawn rotating across separate projects.

That story repeats across CertaPro Columbus reviews. Customers shop multiple painters, get burned by a contractor who bails three days before the project start, and CertaPro shows up with an estimator within the hour and a crew the next day. Reviewer Scott Kachmarik describes the exact sequence. The Chooz Score's review response rate component is at full marks because the office picks up calls fast and acts on them. Repeat customers come back across multiple years, including Doris Hibbler for both interior and exterior work and Wayne Henderson on a follow-up exterior project years after his interior repaint. "The painter I had lined up, bagged on me three days after he was supposed to start. A quick Google search came up with 80+ reviews and a 5 star rating for CertaPro Painters of Columbus, OH. So I called and they had an estimator here within an hour and they actually started the next day." - Scott K., Google Review
