Pérez Painting Services
About Pérez Painting Services
Choosing a painter usually comes down to one question, will the crew treat your home with care and finish what they start. Perez Painting Services answers that with a hands-on approach led by owner Israel Perez, his wife Raina, and a team that returns to the same customers year after year. When furniture and belongings fill a room, the crew works around what stays, covers surfaces, and leaves each space clean at the end of the day.
Homeowners across Morganton and nearby communities like Hickory and Valdese rely on the company for interior and exterior work, deck and porch staining, pressure washing, cabinet refinishing, and drywall repair. On exterior jobs the team pressure washes first so the stain or paint holds on a clean surface, then works through prep, cutting in, and trim with steady attention to detail. Honest talk about scope and price keeps homeowners informed from the walkthrough to the final coat. A painting estimate begins with that walkthrough, and a Free Color Consultation helps match the right colors to your space before work starts.
