About JA Property Services & Improvements

Most Memphis homeowners who call JA Property Services are dealing with more than one problem at once. The paint is tired, a ceiling has a crack, a patio needs repair, and nobody wants to line up three contractors to sort it out. Mr. Alvarado built the company around that reality, so the crew that handles interior and exterior painting can also take care of drywall repair, wood replacement, and the smaller fixes that turn up along the way.

Painting is where most jobs begin. The team preps surfaces before any color goes on, works inside and out, and handles cabinets, doors, trim, and metal along with walls and ceilings. Customers describe a crew that shows up on time, cleans as it goes, and adjusts when plans change partway through a job.

The company works from its base in Memphis and serves neighborhoods across the city along with Germantown, Collierville, Cordova, Southaven, Olive Branch, and West Memphis. After more than a decade in business, much of the work comes from people who call back for the next project.
