About Albright Painting & Construction LLC
A project with Albright Painting & Construction starts with a conversation about the space and how you want it to look. David Brown and his crew offer Online estimates so homeowners across Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill and the wider Triangle can get the process moving without a long wait. Once the plan is set, the crew treats preparation as the part that decides how the finish holds up, so they power wash, caulk and repair surfaces before any color goes on.
A journeyman leads the team on site, and David checks in through the job to keep the work on track and the updates coming. Because people still live in their homes while the painting happens, the crew works in a way that keeps rooms usable day to day. They handle interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, drywall and popcorn ceiling repair, deck and fence staining, wallpaper removal and light carpentry. Every job closes with a walkthrough so you sign off on work you are glad to look at.

Additional Questions Answered
What can homeowners expect when Albright Painting & Construction begins a project?
Every project opens with careful planning before a brush is picked up. Anne Cummings noted that owner David Brown is "all about planning out the job, and making it look professional", which sets the tone for how the crew approaches each home. That planning covers the surfaces, the colors and the order of work, so homeowners around the Triangle know what to expect from the first visit through the final coat.
Why does Albright Painting & Construction focus so much on surface preparation?
Preparation is treated as the step that decides whether a finish lasts. Chris Wetzel described how "David Brown and his team spent a lot of time (and a used a lot of caulk) to prep the house" before painting began on his older home. That washing, caulking and repair work is why the crew spends real hours getting surfaces ready instead of rushing to the color.

The business holds an active registration with the North Carolina Secretary of State under Business Entity Number 1883939.
