About John Brian Painting Plus

John Brian Painting Plus works across Wilmington and the eastern North Carolina coast, handling interior and exterior painting for homes and businesses alike. The crew treats a house as someone's personal space, covering furniture and flooring before a brush is lifted and moving pieces on floor guards so everything returns where it belongs.

Preparation drives the whole approach. Before exterior work the team pressure washes the surface so paint can bond, then inspects for cracks, rotted wood, and peeling so those problems get repaired, caulked, and sealed rather than painted over. That same care shows up in cabinet refinishing, drywall patching, carpentry repair, deck staining, and epoxy garage floors.

Homeowners tend to describe crews that arrive on time, keep the site clean, and communicate through each stage. John has painted around Wilmington for years, and the team leans on that experience to plan each project and finish it without shortcuts.
